Graffiti MagazineMembers of the Catchword writers group produce a writing magazine Graffiti to help showcase local writing. This is available from small shops in Cirencester and around the Cotswolds, and from the Brewery Arts Centre in Cirencester, or by post see below. The Graffiti magazines include a competition aimed at local writers. If you have an article (1,250 words), short story (1,250 words) or poem (40 lines) that you would like to be considered for inclusion in the next Graffiti magazine, then please send details of what you would like to do to the editor by email on graffiti.magazine@yahoo.co.uk. There is no payment for work accepted but successful contributors will receive a free copy of the magazine. For submission details see a copy of Graffiti magazine. Copies of Graffiti are available by post:
Issue 1 includes a short extract from Inspector Hobbes and the poem The Secret of my Success. Issue 2 includes a short extract from Inspector Hobbes. Issue 3 includes an edited version of That Pratt off the telly a short story about Jeremy Pratt. An older and longer version of this story, read by Wilkie, can be downloaded as an mp3 file.
