Hobbes

Set in the seemingly sedate town of Sorenchester, these are the chronicles related by a self-employed and useless reporter Andy Caplet about his encounters and adventures with Inspector Hobbes. Hobbes is a surprisingly old police officer who has a dubious reputation, which Andy discovers is because the inspector is not a human being.

Hobbes is a series and includes:

• Inspector Hobbes

  A comic tale of Andy's and Hobbes's first adventure together uncovering the gothic truth behind murder and theft.
  This novel is complete and I will soon be approaching an agency.
   

• Inspector Hobbes and the Curse

  A wild-adventure investigating what is behind a series of strange events in Sorenchester, which has become overrun with dangerous creatures.
  The first draft is complete. Editing of this will start soon, following a suitable delay so it can be viewed freshly.
   

• Inspector Hobbes and the Root of all Evil
  

  The third adventure features Inspector Hobbes and Andy Caplet going on a camping holiday and uncovering clues to the Great Sorenchester Gold Robbery.
